When you connect social media accounts, you authorize Kintsugi to access your public profile and follower/connection data for the purpose of generating your community analysis. You may disconnect any account at any time. You represent that you have the right to share this data and that doing so does not violate the terms of the connected platform.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kintsugi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to employment decisions, professional outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
